One of the most spectacular and picturesque treks of the North-east, the moderate level Bailey Trek of Arunachal Pradesh will take you across beautiful alpine meadows, quaint Monpa villages, pristine forests, crystal clear lakes, natural hot water springs, glacial rivers, and stunning mountain views.

Day 1-Arrival at Guwahati and transfer to Dirang
Arrival at Guwahati Airport & transfer to Dirang for acclimatization via Bomdila-Balimu-Rowta Highway.
Day 2-Dirang to Thembang
Post breakfast departure for Thembang after visiting Sangti Valley & offering prayers at Dirang Monastery.
Day 3-Thembang to Tungri
Breakfast at Thembang and trek to Tungri via Lagam(insight of pilgrimage site and Brokpa’s winter hamlet). Mild adventure en route combined with bird watching and overnight stay at Tungri.
Day 4-Tungri to Changla
Post Breakfast, a trek from Tungri to Changla visiting Brokpa’s (Nomadic) hut en route. Also, experience the high altitude flora & Fauna.
Day 5-Changla to Potok
After a good night rest and breakfast, we trek from Changla to Potok. During the trek, you come across numerous magnificent high altitude freshwater lakes. Night stay at Potok.
Day 6-Potok to Tsela
After breakfast, start trekking from Potok towards Tse-la via Lap. One can enjoy the snowcapped Gorichen (6,538 m) and Kangto (7,090 m) peaks (two of the highest peaks of Eastern Himalayan Range). Tse-la is the highest point of the trek reaching approximately 4550 m ASL.
Day 7-Tsela to Zerchen
Next morning start trekking from Tsela towards Zerchen via Lurtem. Here one can enjoy the view of high altitude cold desert mountain. Night stay at campsite.
Day 8-Zerchen to Mago
After Breakfast at Zerchen, trek to Mago. Trek via high altitude alpine forest. Lunch break at Brokpa’s hut. Visit the hot water spring at Mago & relax. Night stay at Mago.
Day 9-Arrival at Tawang
Departure from Mago towards Tawang. Visit the Tawang Monastery (2nd Largest in the world) and the 1962 Indo-Sino war memorial.
Day 10-At Tawang
Next day tour to Bumla Pass & the magnificent Tsongatser lake aka Madhuri lake
Day 11-Tawang to Guwahati
Transfer to Gawahati and rest.
Day 12-Departure from Guwahati
After breakfast, transfer to Guwahati to catch onward flight/train
