Day 1: Arrive at Bodh-Gaya

Meet and greet upon your arrival at airport/railway stations before transferring to hotel. Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2 : BodhGaya Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, we head off for a sightseeing tour of Bodh-Gaya where we will visit the Bodhi tree and the Mahabodhi Temple. The Bodhi tree is held in reverence by the Buddhist from all over the world as it is under this tree that the Buddha got enlightenment. Post lunch, visit Sujata Village & Dungeshwari Hills. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Bodh-Gaya - Rajgir - Nalanda – Bodh-Gaya

After breakfast at hotel ,we head for an excursion to Rajgir (102 km)-a site of great sanctity and significance for Buddhists. Afternoon we visit the Bimbisar jail , Ajatashatru's Fort and the Gridhar-Kutta Hill (the Hills of the Vultures)where the Buddha preached his famous Atanatiya Sutra. After lunch drive to Nalanda, (12 km). Established in 5th century BC, Nalanda University was one of the oldest and greatest monastic universities of the world. Both Lord Buddha and Lord Mahavir- the founder of Jainism religion had taught at this university. There is even a monument to facilitate Chinese traveler monk and writer Hiuen Tsang who studied at this university in the 7th century A.D. Overnight at the hotel in Bodh-Gaya

Day 4: Bodh-Gaya departure.

After breakfast, we check out from the hotel to catch the flight/train back
